INTERACTIVE EXHIBIT
A self-guided experience where participants move through curated sensory environments, engaging with simple somatic practices and prompts designed to awaken awareness and deepen the mind-body connection. You don't need to do anything right. You just need to be present.
II. Practicing Pleasure
SOMATIC WORKSHOP
Through guided prompts for sensory awareness, and intentional slowing, participants are invited to reconnect with what feels good without pressure, performance, or expectation. This is a space to remember that your body is not a problem to be solved. It's a place to come home to.
